Project Supervisor / Coordinator

Job Description

• We are a construction company doing Scaffolding work, Installation flue pipe, Loading & Unloading of equipment & Maintenance works. (All in house)
• Worksite islandwide Data Centre
• Office at Tuas (Company Transportation)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 5.5days + OT

Requirement

• Assist in Planning and Coordination on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule
• Liaise with customer with regards to all site matters and attend weekly meetings
• Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities
• Coordinate with delivery of material to site
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site update
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed
• Liaise closely with operations staff, Project Managers, clients, main contractors, consultants and authority etc. on all safety and health issues
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager
• Ensure all machinery and equipment at site are in good working conditions and having all the necessary working certificates
• Ensure all workers at site are always wearing appropriate PPE
• Conduct daily site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations and other requirements
• Attend all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control
• Liaise closely with site operations staff on all safety and health issues
• Ensure supervisors and workers are following the safe work procedures compliance
• Coordinate and maintain records of safety orientation and daily toolbox meetings
• Working time following by site requirement and stand by when performing lifting operation.
