Job Description
- Direct and organize site labor, trade crews, and subcontractors to keep daily tasks aligned with the short-term construction schedule.
- Read, interpret, and implement structural blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring field execution matches engineering designs.
- Conduct routine checks on workmanship and materials to eliminate defects, ensure structural compliance, and prepare for statutory building inspections.
- Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and ensure all workers wear proper PPE and follow safe work procedures.
- Monitor daily material deliveries, tool inventory, and heavy machinery utilization to minimize waste and prevent project downtime.
- Maintain accurate daily site diaries, logs, and worker attendance tracking, reporting any delays or technical hitches to the Project Manager immediately.
