Site Supervisor (Construction Supervisor)
Job Summary
You will independently manage construction activities and progress, leading teams and subcontractors to deliver quality on-site work. You will resolve design and site challenges, prepare progress reports, and ensure contract compliance with technical and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of workers and subcontractors to execute construction tasks efficiently and safely
- Manage construction activities and monitor project progress to meet schedules and quality standards
- Analyze and resolve design and site issues encountered during construction to maintain workflow continuity
- Prepare daily progress reports and develop work schedules to track and communicate project status
- Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to guide construction execution
- Monitor contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice, scope of work, and safety regulations
- Perform onsite electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, routine checks, and maintenance to support construction operations
- Conduct general electrical fitting work to maintain site functionality and safety
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience leading reinforced concrete (RC) workers to enhance team performance and project outcomes
- Proven track record in Alteration & Addition (A&A) projects demonstrating relevant construction expertise
- Strong ability to read and interpret building specifications and drawings to support accurate construction delivery
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with a proactive attitude to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
