Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
To lead a team of skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, Managing Agent & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
