Roles & Responsibilities

1. Attachment Description

The Project Supervisor will provide project support to our Project Director for Ah Heng Furniture Co.The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Project Director in all project related matters.

2. Specific Responsibilities

Individual will be involved in:

1. Define project objectives or targets, project scope, and roles & responsibilities.

2. Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

3. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of the projects.

4. Define resource requirements including manage resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.

5. Develop a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project within the budget.

6. Manage delivery of the project according to the project plan.

7. Track project and provide regular reports or updates on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

8. Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.

9. Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

10. Delegate tasks on the project to designers and production team.

11. Perform quality checks and control on the project throughout the various stages from drawing to production to installation.

3. Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Ability to plan and utilise resources within budget and timeframe of projects

2. Communication skills to interact with different stakeholders to achieve common objectives

3. Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Project Management software to track project progress and suggest improvements to work flow

4. Identify potential pitfalls in projects and provide practical suggestions to solve problems

5. Ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency of projects
