Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage construction activities during night shift, ensuring work is executed according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

2. Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and logistics team for smooth night operations.

3. Monitor work progress, manpower, and material delivery during night hours.

4. Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

5. Prepare and submit daily site reports, incident logs, and handover notes for day shift team.

6. Communicate effectively with regional teams and vendors, especially those based in Asia and China.

7. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors familiar with Chinese construction standards, materials, and documentation (if applicable).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry.

2. Strong understanding of construction practices and safety requirements.

3. Able to work permanent night shifts and handle OT when necessary.

4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with China-based vendors or subcontractors).

5. Familiar with Asia/China construction market practices, materials, or subcontractor management.

Possession of valid certifications such as BCSS or SSSC preferred.
