Project & Structured Finance, VP/AVP/Senior Associate

Our Client is a foreign wholesale bank with a growing regional franchise. They are looking to add to their Project & Structured Finance (P&SF) team in Singapore at the VP / AVP / Senior Associate level. With an Asia Pacific coverage, the P&SF team works closely with the bank's regional network originating, structuring, and executing structured debt (including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, and syndicated corporate loans) for its clients.

- 6 - 10 years (VP / AVP) or 3 - 5 years (Senior Associate) of experience in Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Finance within a bank or advisory firm.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Solid understanding of credit and financial structuring.

- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Regulatory & compliance awareness.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills for coordinating within internal and external parties.

- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset, with curiosity to identify risks and propose solutions.
