Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Connected (Telematics) service development.
- Plan and execute project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation activities.
- Coordinate communication and deliverables with crossfunctional teams and distributors.
- Oversee system integration, data flow validation, and endtoend testing readiness.
- Prepare launch plans, readiness checklists, and communication materials.
- Monitor service performance postlaunch and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze service usage data and customer feedback to propose service enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance reports.
- Manage project budgets and resource tracking.
Requirements:
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in aftersales, quality, or technical service operations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Connected (Telematics) technologies, mobile applications, or cloud services is an added advantage.
- Experience working with overseas distributors or regional operations is an added advantage.
