Project Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, combining in-office presence with flexible work-from-home arrangements. As a Project Specialist, you will manage key project activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze project performance, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. You will also handle communication with stakeholders, provide proactive customer service, and contribute to sales-related initiatives when required.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
• Proven Project Management expertise to oversee and coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• Exceptional Analytical skills to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with Sales to support business development activities and initiatives
• Proficiency in collaboration tools and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Previous experience in logistics or renewable energy industries is a plus
