Key Responsibilities
- Support & Documentation: Deliver end-to-end administrative assistance to the Project Team, including the systematic management of project documentation and records.
- Administration:
Lead in procurement processes and manage billing/invoicing for all assigned projects. - Support:
Provide high-level documentation support for project tenders. - Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders and vendors to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Previous experience within the Built Environment (BE) Sector is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
