Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress.
- Identify critical paths, delays, and propose mitigation plans.
- Prepare regular schedule reports and presentations for management/client meetings.
- Monitor resource allocation and suggest adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in construction projects.
- Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
