Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development & Sales Strategy

- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key segments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and developer accounts.

- Prepare and present accurate, competitive, and comprehensive commercial documentation, including detailed quotations, tender submissions, cost sheets, and formal proposals.

Project Planning & Management

- Conduct thorough site assessments and provide expert technical recommendations for specialized services (e.g., marble/stone polishing, restoration, tiling, sintered stone installation, and demolition/hacking works).

- Serve as the central coordinator, collaborating closely with the Operations and Site Teams to ensure seamless project initiation, execution, rigorous timeline control, and adherence to the highest quality standards.

- Expertly manage all change requests, variation orders (VOs), and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation, costing, and client approval before execution.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Management

- Act as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle, proactively monitoring progress, managing expectations, and providing timely status updates.

- Foster sustained, long-term relationships through the delivery of exceptional service, consistent follow-up, and attentive post-project care.

- Handle all client feedback, concerns, and project issues promptly, professionally, and decisively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Reporting & Administration

- Accurately track and manage leads, the sales pipeline, and project status utilizing our internal sales tools.

- Generate and present weekly sales updates and comprehensive monthly performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure meticulous and complete administrative management of all project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment cycles.

Quality Assurance & Operational Improvement

- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards for all materials utilized and services rendered, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets client specifications and company benchmarks.

- Ensure strict adherence to all site safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment and mitigate risks.

- Evaluate and manage key subcontractors and material suppliers, ensuring they meet required quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Hardworking and Efficient Minimum 3 years related experience
Minimum a Diploma holder
