Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers to promote company products and solutions.
- Handle end-to-end project sales cycle - from lead generation, tender submission, negotiation, to closing of sales.
- Work closely with internal departments (Engineering, Project, and Operations teams) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client and project requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide after-sales support when required.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitors activities, and project pipelines in the construction sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of project or B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or engineering industry.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
