Job Title: Project Sales Executive / Manager (B2B)
Job Description
We are a locally established aluminium door and window company delivering customised solutions for residential, commercial, and project-based developments. As we expand our presence in the B2B construction and design market, we are seeking a Project Sales Executive / Manager to drive business development, manage key accounts, and support project execution.
This role is suitable for experienced B2B sales professionals as well as mid-career individuals transitioning into the construction or building materials sector, with structured product and process training provided.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new B2B clients
- Develop relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and builders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of project-based opportunities
- Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry networking events
Sales & Account Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation and deal closure
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals aligned with project requirements
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to drive conversions and repeat business
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Project Sales Coordination
- Work closely with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure technical accuracy and smooth delivery
- Understand glass, aluminium door and window specifications to recommend suitable solutions
- Track project timelines and coordinate internally to meet delivery and installation schedules
Reporting & Market Feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports
- Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and customer requirements
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and business development strategies
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding and on-the-job training will be provided in:
- Product knowledge (aluminium systems, specifications, applications)B2B sales techniques including prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling
- Project sales workflows and internal coordination processes
- Career progression opportunities into Senior Sales, Key Account Management, or Sales Leadership roles
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Building, or related fields
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience preferred (construction, architectural, or building materials industry is an advantage)
- Open to mid-career switchers with relevant sales experience
- Comfortable with outbound sales, prospecting, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in English Mandarin is an advantage for client liaison
- Class 3 driving licence preferred for site and client visits
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: Office-based with regular site and client visits
- Local candidates (Singapore Citizens / PRs) preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE)
