Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Sales Executive based in Singapore, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work. The role involves building relationships with clients

Project Sales Executive's objective is presenting and promoting Hafele's range of assigned products ironmongery include digital lock , furniture fittings , home appliance in the projects in assigned territories. Get our products approved in projects and finally win sales.

Job Description

Align with Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Developers to promote and create brand awareness for Hafele brands and assigned Hafele product brands in the assigned territories or/and assigned projects. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly individual set targets.

Cultivate, develop and manage assigned projects (or/and projects in assigned territories). Constructively hand-over all full information/demands of non-assigned products/projects/customers to other sales representatives or/and other sales channels.

Build a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand project designs & project flow charts and technical/commercial needs. Get our respective products influenced and approved accordingly.

Study competition of each assigned specific project. Prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the consultation/direction of the supervisors/company.

prepare BQ /schedule after reviewing floor plan / door schedule . Generate technical & commercial supports where needed. Secure the selling-opportunities. Negotiate & close sales contracts. Attend site meeting when necessary .

Liaise with the related departments (Supply chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, CS,..) on all technical and commercial issues pertaining to the project and track project deliverables.

Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up new leads & ongoing project and report on the discipline & the progress of the projects to all stakeholders

Be the representative of Hafele for customer contacts of assigned topics (eg. Sales). Be professional in Hafele uniform and live on Hafele values (follow the guidelines from any Hafele policy/manual/handbook/book,..). Teamwork and support others where needed. Do everything to enhance and to protect Häfele as a company and brand and don't do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage Häfele as a company or brand. Other jobs assigned by supervisors and the company.

The tasks listed above do not limit the responsibilities of the position. Additional tasks can be assigned according to the actual business demand.

Experience

At least 3 years relevant experience in sales (project sales a plus).

Experience in selling and/or business developing of mentioned products/fields or relevant products/fields is a plus. He/ She with Ironmongery product experiences is a plus.

Specific knowledge

Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors in Singapore is a plus.

Requirements

Smart working, outgoing, sales-driven.

Understandings of complex B2B sales is a must.

Salesforce & Microsoft suites is a must use.

Understanding of projects business and it's complexity is an advantage.

Be able to work independently and under pressure.

Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Good understanding of the project management, construction and real estate market is a plus.

Good command of English.
