Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the ACMV/M&E sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and project goals in line with company objectives.
Technical & Application Support
- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements to determine technical scope.
- Provide accurate costing and technical recommendations to clients.
- Liaise with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in technical and commercial submissions.
- Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Project Coordination
- Support the handover process from sales to project execution teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client requirements are met according to contract terms.
- Address and resolve any technical or commercial issues arising during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ACMV / M&E project sales, tendering, or applications engineering.
- Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, components, and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
