Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the ACMV/M&E sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and project goals in line with company objectives.

Technical & Application Support

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements to determine technical scope.
  • Provide accurate costing and technical recommendations to clients.
  • Liaise with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in technical and commercial submissions.
  • Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Project Coordination

  • Support the handover process from sales to project execution teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure client requirements are met according to contract terms.
  • Address and resolve any technical or commercial issues arising during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ACMV / M&E project sales, tendering, or applications engineering.
  • Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, components, and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
