Project Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and execute the sales strategy for the solar energy market to achieve growth targets and expand market share

. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners including Developers, EPC contractors, government agencies, and SME

. Provide accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to senior management.

. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

1. Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development

o Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities to both direct customer and Developers

o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and increase market share.

o Understand customer's needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

2. Sales Pipeline

o Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.

o Update sales activities, monitor progress, and report on potential deals and challenges

3. Collaboration with Operations Department and Project Team

o Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

o Develop and manage the Project sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maintaining profitability and good margin.

4. Reporting and Forecasting

o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
