Join a reputable and dynamic main contractor with a strong project pipeline across commercial and industrial sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations for tenders and live projects.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support budget planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with cost and timeline targets.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Compile and submit all necessary documentation for project-related submissions.
- Attend site meetings regularly with project architects and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
