We are looking for Project Quality Manager.
This role will report to Project HSEQ Department Manager

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Deliver the requirements described in BWO's Quality policy and standards during project execution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with BWO standards and project requirements.
- Ensure positive quality performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and addressing gaps and deficiencies.
- Provide assurance that project quality risks are identified and mitigated.
- Ensure robust and timely resolution of quality non-compliance and violations.
- Coordinate experience transfer (lessons learned) and other learning processes with special focus on Quality within project execution processes.
- Manage project QA/QC resources.
- Establish and implement comprehensive project Quality programs in accordance with corporate and project guidelines.
- Organize and conduct Quality training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of Quality practices and requirements.
- Ensure that risk assessments are conducted to identify Quality risks associated with project execution, establish preventative strategies and appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
- Participate in project risk assessments where required, to ensure relevant project risks are identified and that appropriate risk acceptance criteria are met.
- Ensures that applicable procedures are developed to mitigate the effects of project activities on Quality, in accordance with the Project Risks Register.
- Establish the Project Quality Surveillance Plan that commensurate with the criticality of the material / equipment being procured and constructed.
- Reviews and indicates BWO inspection witness requirements for all construction contractor and vendors of criticality I and II materials and equipment.
- Develop project audit schedule.
- Carry out Vendor and Sub-contractor pre award and post award audits as required
- Monitor compliance with Quality policy and standards through regular site inspections / audits and come out with reports on findings and corrective actions.
- Communicate Quality requirements to Contractors / Suppliers and ensure that they are duly implemented via surveillance and performance monitoring.
- Provides QA input to Contracts and Vendor bid evaluations.
- Monitors status and expedites close out of all project NCRs.
- Reports to the line manager on status and actions to be taken to address identified quality deficiencies, action close outs, assurance and verification requirements.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related major.
- Significant relevant experience with pertinent credentials / certifications may replace formal education.
- Ideally 15 years of relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, or closely related industry.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Experience in development of Quality documentation and review.
- Experience as Quality Lead Auditor is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment is desirable.
