Project Proposal Manager

Job Responsibility:

Working with relevant solutions teams and purchasing, prepare comprehensive proposal for sales project which includes:

1. Execution strategy

2. Transportation from factory to site and route assessment

3. Installation, testing and commissioning

4. Tower solution including non-standard (e.g. hybrid)

5. Contract reviews and approval

6. Preparation of required tender documentation for bid

7. Project schedule

8. Non standard scope (e.g. balance of plant)

Market Analysis

1. Monitoring and tracking Envision competitiveness for project proposal scope

2. Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement

3. Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of market changes

4. Provide feedback to the company solutions department on cost saving initiatives

Supplier Development

1. Continuously support purchasing in the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers

2. Ensure contracts and technical terms, with support from Envision's legal department, are favorable and fit for purpose

3. Conduct supplier technical concept reviews on completion of contracts

Project Procurement

1. Support procurement on crane and installation and logistics ensuring accuracy of tender documentation and tenders

Crane and Installation and Logistics Solutions

1. Maintain and update knowledge of logistics and crane equipment available for wind industry in each SEA country

2. Liaise with technical team to develop crane and installation solutions to optimize budgets on projects

Contract Closure and Handover

1. Support contract negotiation and closure process

2. Handover of project management solution to delivery team

Job Requirements:

1.Degree in relevant engineering qualification

2.Minimum 10 years experience in project or proposal management

3.Experience in wind farm project sales, transport, cranes or management is necessary

4.Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint

5.Excellent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written. Chinese will be a big plus.
