Job Description

  • Location: Woodland
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Willingness to commit to extended hours and night shift when required


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6 for large-scale semiconductor construction projects.
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity logic, resource loading, and baseline schedules.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and monitor schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Conduct schedule impact analysis and develop mitigation or recovery plans where delays are identified.
  • Review and consolidate subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project milestones.
  • Drive short-term and long-term look-ahead planning to support construction sequencing and site execution.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly progress review meetings and present schedule updates to senior management.
  • Maintain schedule governance, version control, and documentation in accordance with project standards.
  • Support interface management across multidisciplinary teams including cleanroom, process utilities, and MEP systems.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in large-scale EPC or industrial construction projects.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, data centre, or high-tech industrial plant construction preferred.
  • Strong expertise in WBS development, logic sequencing, resource planning, and CPM analysis.
  • Experience in design-and-build project environments.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to communicate with stakeholders, especially Chinese-speaking teams, and present updates to senior management and client
