  • Conduct regular site visits to gather data and assess the progress of construction activities.
  • Identify potential risks and delays in the project timeline, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts to project management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation of schedule changes, delays, and mitigation measures taken.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
