Position Overview:
We are seeking a Planner to support our Railway projects. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress against key milestones, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the master construction programme.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules in consultation with the project team, ensuring alignment with master construction programme and contractual milestones.
- Coordinate and obtain inputs from engineering teams, site construction teams, systemwide contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support the development of integrated project programmes.
- Prepare progress forecasts and rolling programmes, systems installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and handover activities.
- Coordinate with client's planner on programme and progress matters
- Update, track, and report project progress against approved baseline schedule and key milestones.
- Monitor and control progress to ensure turnover, sectional completion, and cost performance are in line with the master construction programme.
- Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports including S-curves, critical path analysis, variance analysis, and supporting documentation in accordance with reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Singapore railway projects, preferably in trackwork installation.
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage interface coordination and resolve sequencing issues in a fast-paced environment.
