Role Purpose:
The role leads the endtoend planning, facilitation, and closeout of formal 3D model reviews with the client and internal stakeholders across all model zones. This senior, highly organized projectengineering role ensures that reviews are scheduled on time, the right attendees participate, comments are captured with discipline ownership, and issues are driven to closure so construction can proceed without delay.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute the master schedule for all model reviews across all buildings and zones.
- Ensure each Model Zone undergoes three formal review cycles and that reviews align with construction sequence and design freeze milestones.
- Chair review meetings, ensuring clear objectives, structured discussion, and actionable outcomes.
- Ensure correct stakeholders attend-client representatives, discipline leads (MEP, Process, Space Management,
- Architecture, CSA), and other relevant team members.
- Ensure all models (Revit, Navisworks NWDs/NWCs, viewpoints) are prepared, validated, and published ahead of each review.
- Work closely with BIM, Space Management, and Discipline Leads to ensure models meet review readiness criteria.
- Drive the structured logging of comments/issues raised during reviews.
- Assign owners, track due dates, follow up aggressively, and ensure timely closure before the next review cycle.
- Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, comment status, and bottlenecks.
- Escalate delays, conflicting priorities, or resource gaps that impact review completion or construction readiness
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the client regarding all model reviewrelated matters.
- Ensure compliance with project BEP, ISO19650 information standards, Navisworks/ACC model review workflows, and document management protocols.
- Coordinate with Design/Engineering Manager, Project Controls, Construction, and Document Control to ensure alignment with overall project execution.
- Maintain all review records, minutes, decision logs, comment registers, and approval documentation.
- Assist in improving model review methodologies, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce repeated issues.
- Support onboarding of new team members in review procedures and digital tools (Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, DMCS/Bluebeam, etc.).
- Provide inputs to risk registers, change assessments, and schedule impact analyses when design or model issues affect downstream activities.
- Uphold professional conduct and demonstrate leadership presence-able to influence senior technical stakeholders and drive accountability
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years in EPC/EPCM or complex industrial projects (semiconductor/life sciences/data centers), with senior exposure in Space Management, Mechanical, or Process disciplines
- Proven projectengineering leadership running structured reviews, RFI/issue management, and multidiscipline coordination with clients
- Working knowledge of BIM/VDC delivery: Revit (authoring), Navisworks (clash/review), Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 (issues, packages, transmittals), and familiarity with ISO 19650 information management. (Ref. SG BEP/SOP)
