Job Summary
You will coordinate project operations by managing site assessments, preparing and presenting quotations, and overseeing contractual, tendering, and procurement processes. You will lead collaboration with operational teams to resolve project issues and ensure effective workforce deployment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and prepare accurate quotations
- Manage contractual matters, tendering, and procurement procedures including contract administration, project budgeting, and cost analysis
- Tabulate costing data and prepare detailed quotations and renewal proposals for customers
- Present proposals and quotations clearly to potential customers to support business growth
- Collaborate with and assign tasks to Operation Executives and Operation Support personnel to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor ongoing project issues and provide timely resolutions to complaints and feedback to maintain project quality
- Prepare worksite organization charts and develop work schedules to optimize resource allocation
- Oversee the deployment of workers at various worksites to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Apply effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to meet project deadlines
- Build strong relationships with workers at all levels, including general workers, supervisors, and operational personnel, through effective interpersonal communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally in speaking, writing, and active listening to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution
- Analyze and resolve project-related problems proactively to maintain project momentum
- Maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure environments to ensure continuous project progress
