. Ensure main contractor instructions are processed accordingly
. Minimum wastage of materials used
. Monthly claims process
. Look for new projects
Requirements
. Relevant experience
. Able to read and understand drawings
. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
. Must be able to plan and schedule project
. Must be able to work out material requirement
. Can speak english
. Able to lead
. Independent with initiative
. Cost conscious
. Good inter-personal skills
