Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Technical Project Manager who bridges the gap between business needs, system architecture, and end-to-end delivery. In this hybrid role, you won't just track timelines and budgets you will actively shape the technical solution, map out business requirements, and ensure the final system architecture is robust and scalable. You are part Project Manager, part Systems Architect, and part Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery: Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning. Lead Agile delivery ceremonies, manage change governance, oversee risk/issue resolution, and drive the project completely from kickoff through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stability.
- System Architecture & Design: Translate complex business capabilities into scalable, secure technical architecture solutions. Evaluate system integrations, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies to ensure technical feasibility and structural alignment with overall business goals.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers. Run discovery sessions, gather end-user requirements, and distill vague business problems into crisp functional/technical documentation, user stories, and clear engineering specs.
- Vendor & Commercial Management: Lead vendor evaluations, manage third-party delivery partners, and handle effort estimation and commercial negotiations to ensure project margins and timelines are strictly protected.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a hybrid role spanning Project Management, Systems/Solution Architecture, and Business Analysis across the software or digital transformation landscape.
- Strong technical background with deep knowledge of system design patterns, APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent business analysis skills, ability to run workshops, map out workflows, and write high-quality requirements documentation.
- Hands-on experience managing the full project lifecycle, including Agile frameworks, change control, vendor negotiations, and production deployments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable talking infrastructure with engineers and value propositions with corporate directors.
