Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will manage project schedules, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

. Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion

. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors

. Review architectural and construction drawings

. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety on site

. Ensure project timeline and budget requirements are met

. Prepare project reports and progress updates for management

. Resolve project issues and ensure smooth project delivery

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management

. Knowledge of construction drawings and project coordination

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
