The Project Manager reports directly to the Project Director and the General Manager of the Company. The Project Manager shall be the primary person accountable for overall project performance. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and implement the overall project control plan, construction plan, and project quality and safety management plans.
- Organize and manage project production activities, including but not limited to material sample approval/sealing, VPMU implementation, and subsequent on-site construction works.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of project design schemes, provide professional and practical recommendations on drawings, and participate in external coordination of key milestones and critical technical solutions.
- Coordinate on-site works with the main contractor, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Effectively control project costs and budgets in accordance with company requirements, and manage project contracts in a compliant and efficient manner.
- Organize and manage the project team, define roles and responsibilities clearly, and ensure an efficient and well-structured division of labor.
- Exercise advisory authority over project subcontracting, and manage subcontractors in a reasonable, compliant, and effective manner.
- Complete other tasks assigned by company management and actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of the company's project management systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction or building technology industry preferably in curtain wall design, fabrication, and engineering., with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects with strong cost, quality, and schedule control capabilities.
- Solid understanding of project management processes, contract management, and site coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
