Your new role
The Project Manager serves as the company's on-site representative in Singapore, responsible for managing and delivering assigned projects across their full lifecycle. This role owns project execution from installation through on-site operation, service, and governance, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, scope, and quality targets.
The position acts as the single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, while leading matrix teams to achieve project objectives and sustain long‑term client relationships.
1. Project Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle in line with contractual requirements for scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules and budgets
- Define, verify, and control project scope manage third-party vendors on quality, cost, and timelines
2. Site Management
- Plan, organise, and supervise all on-site activities on behalf of project leadership
- Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations and eliminate hazards proactively
3. Installation Supervision
- Oversee onsite installation of automated logistics systems and equipment
- Guide installation teams and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and installation standards
4. On-site Operation & Service Management
- Lead resident onsite service and maintenance teams
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities for automated systems
- Ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency without disrupting client operations
5. General & Professional Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high ethical standards
- Ensure all project and service documentation is accurate, complete, and filed on time
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in automation, logistics, or industrial systems
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree require 10+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience in installation supervision, site management, and after‑sales service is strongly preferred
- Experience working in Singapore or Southeast Asia is an advantage
