Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, applying Agile methodology to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, resolve issues, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution
• Engage and influence key stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively
• Manage stakeholder expectations by resolving conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum
• Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance productivity and project outcomes
• Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout all project activities
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and minimize defects
• Monitor project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits and optimize resource use
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to mitigate risks and keep projects on track
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to drive project success

Required competencies and certifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in Agile Methodology
