Job Summary

Lead and manage digital system projects from business case development to delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs, cost, quality, and timelines. Apply project management methodologies and engage vendors to deliver successful IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the business case and budget planning for digital system projects to align with organizational goals
• Manage procurement processes for IT systems to ensure timely acquisition and deployment
• Execute projects according to detailed project plans to meet defined business outcomes within agreed cost, schedule, and quality parameters
• Assess and apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile practices, to drive project success
• Identify project risks, analyze their impact on the organization, and recommend effective mitigation strategies
• Engage and manage vendors to deliver digital solutions and services that meet project requirements
• Ensure development processes, procedures, and systems comply with IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience managing at least two full project development life cycles
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through successful project delivery
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in tendering processes for IT projects
• Experience managing projects involving Cloud technologies
• Experience applying Design Thinking in project execution
• Experience handling projects with Data Analytics components
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
