Project Manager

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager at Verz Design Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of web development and design projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations.

. Create comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

. Develop detailed project schedules and milestones.

Team Coordination:

. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, and QA professionals.

. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet project deadlines.

. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Client Communication:

. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

. Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and address client concerns promptly.

. Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction with project deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

. Implement best practices and quality control processes.

. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and client requirements.

Risk Management:

. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

. Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.

Documentation:

. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and organized.

. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT).

. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web agency or similar role.

. Understanding of web development and design processes.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Startinfinity, Trello, Jira).

. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
