- Control and safety valves maintenance procedures,
- Technical reviewing and valves at diagnostic level
- Establishing project structure, identifying resources, and allocating tasks,
- Proficiency skill in project management software and tools.
- Experience in GSAP

- Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals

- Addressing issues and obstacles that arise during theproject lifecycle

- Well experienced with process and control(Instrumentation)

- Abel to travel overseas often for adhoc projects especially to Myanmar
