Project Manager

1. Project Manager/Engineer

. Project planning, execute resource management and control

. Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works

. Arrange and monitor work progress

. Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery

. Prepare documents for electrical testing

. Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

. Prepare and submit tender quotations

. Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

Requirements:

Job 1

. ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ engineering or Equivalent

. At least 3 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting

. Good Knowledge of Nursing Home / HDB Experience

. Able to communicate in English & Chinese

. AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
