Project Manager

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
• Plan project schedule, manpower allocation and material requirements
• Coordinate with officer, authorities (PUB / LTA ) and subcontractor.
• Supervise site activities to ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and site safety requirements
• Monitor project progress, quality control and cost management
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Resolve site issues, technical problems and project delays
• Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
• Working Hours: Mon - Sat (9am-6pm)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of site coordination and project scheduling
• Good leadership and manpower management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge in MS Microsoft Office
• Possess valid Class 2B / class 3 Driving License in Singapore
• Transport allowance for own transport
• Riding / Driving experience and understand the traffic rules and regulations inSingapore
