. At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects
. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and schedules in a structured environment
. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile, use of Confluence and JIRA tools
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
. Experience in change management or training delivery is an advantage
. Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement
. Good knowledge of government ICT environment
. Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices
. Strong stakeholder management balancing both the analytical aspect and the people aspects.
