Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Manager to oversee the development and execution of our games.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
You will play a key role in bridging creative, technical, and business aspects to produce successful gaming experiences.
Oversee the full lifecycle of our games, from concept to release and post-launch support.
Coordinate with game designers, developers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production processes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and mitigate risks, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor products, and player preferences to make informed development decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align production with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
Conduct quality assurance checks and player feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

4+ years of experience in game production or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering shipped games.
Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to balance project demands with creative essentials. You demand quality; creativity and fun while managing project resources and timelines
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with RNG mechanics and game mathematics is a plus.
