Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within defined timelines and budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organization, and management of project scope, schedule, and deliverables to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and produce regular status reports detailing risks, milestones, and overall project health
- Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions with all project stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Drive timely project completion and oversee successful handover to clients or operations teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in construction, interior fit-out, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience coordinating M&E works, consultants, and contractors
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent
- Experience managing commercial, institutional, or interior fit-out projects
- Familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions
