Business Development
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the commercial sector, including office developments, mixed-use developments, institutional buildings, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, main contractors, and M&E contractors to promote the company's security and ELV solutions.
Actively participate in early project discussions and design stages to position the company for upcoming tenders.
Tender and Proposal Management
Review consultant specifications and tender documents related to security and ELV systems.
Prepare technical proposals, solution concepts, and pricing strategies for project tenders.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure timely submission of technically compliant and competitive tender proposals.
Provide clarification and responses during tender evaluation stages when required.
Technical Solution Development
Develop suitable system solutions based on project specifications and customer requirements.

Provide technical clarification and participate in discussions with consultants and contractors when necessary.
The candidate should be capable of preparing technical proposals and submissions with minimal reliance on internal technical support.
Site Engagement and Project Coordination
Attend site walks, technical meetings, and coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders when necessary.
Review site conditions, project requirements, and installation considerations during site visits and project discussions to ensure proposed solutions align with project requirements.
While the Project Coordinator will handle day-to-day project administration and coordination, the Project Sales Manager will continue to support customer engagement during the sales and early project stages, and may participate in discussions or provide clarification when customers approach the sales representative directly.
The Project Sales Manager will work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure that customer requirements,
commitments made during the sales stage, and project expectations are clearly communicated to the project execution team.
Sales Pipeline and Opportunity Management
Maintain an active pipeline of project opportunities and monitor project progress throughout the sales cycle.
Provide regular updates on project opportunities, tender status, potential project awards, and sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of project opportunities and sales activities.
Sales Team Guidance and Support
Provide guidance and support to Sales Engineers on project opportunities, technical proposals, and tender preparation.
Share technical knowledge and project experience to help junior team members better understand project specifications, solution design, and customer requirements.
Support Sales Engineers in engaging consultants, contractors, and clients when necessary to ensure proposals and technical submissions meet project and customer expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project sales, technical sales, or project engineering, preferably within industries such as:
Strong technical understanding of systems including:
Experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors in project environments.
Ability to review consultant specifications and prepare technical proposals independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a project-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in commercial or institutional developments such as:

Candidate Profile (Important)
This role requires a technically inclined sales professional with project experience in the security or ELV industry.
Candidates should be comfortable reviewing technical specifications, preparing system proposals, attending site meetings, and engaging consultants during the tender and project stages.
Applicants with pure sales backgrounds and no exposure to project environments or technical systems will not be suitable for this role.
