Job description:

-Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and production processes.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports, ensuring alignment with production goals.
-Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
-Manage production schedules, resources, budget, and quality control measures.
-Manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
-Take charge of planning, executing, and delivering projects of within set timelines and budgets.
-Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
-Monitor and track project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues to ensure successful delivery.
-Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed established standards.
-Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
-Monitor department budgetary control and allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
-Supervise production teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
