Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of turnkey telecom projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Act as the main point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- Drive project acceleration through proactive planning, issue resolution, and effective stakeholder coordination
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Kanban) and methodologies (Agile,Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure efficient delivery
Technical Oversight & Quality
- Oversee software development and IT-related project activities to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices across planning, development, and testing phases
- Maintain high standards of quality and performance across all deliverables
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively
- Identify risks and issues early, and implement practical mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for reporting and audit purposes
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates, including progress, risks, and key decisions
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in telecom project management
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-vendor integration projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
- Professional certifications such as PMP / Agile will be an added advantage
