We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of a key project. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Work alongside the project manager to track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management.
- Prior experience in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/Transaction Monitoring) domains preferred.
- Strong track record in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are desirable.
