We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT transformation initiatives. This role requires significant stakeholder management skills, and will work closely with the Regional IT, cross-functional teams, local management, and external vendors team for successful projects delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing tech-related projects, from planning, execution, and successful delivery
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment, effective communication, timely execution, and provide timely updates to local management
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, gathering and documenting business requirements from relevant stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation to track progress
- Assist to engage vendors to define project scopes, manage deliverables, and ensure that vendor activities align with project goals and timelines
- Conduct gap analysis and cost benefit analysis, as appropriate
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare minutes / status reports to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Perform all other necessary work duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ICT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, management, or analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Experience with MS Dynamics, CMMS, on-demand service applications, or RPA.
- Prior client-facing experience.
