Role Responsibilities

. Manage allocated IT projects/programs in offices across Asia Pacific

. Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development

. Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business

. Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions

. Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation

. Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control

. Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes including budget management for the allocated projects

. Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution

. Perform testing of requested changes

. Manage UAT of requested changes

. Project manage all system releases

. Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on

. Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.

. Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

Experience / Competences

. Agile Project management skills - preferably either CSM/CSPO/SAFE or PMI-ACP certified. Has an understanding on how to coach teams on waterfall methodology to Agile

. Business analysis skills - esp MS Visio, Activity/Swim lane/UML Diagrams

. Problem solving skills, Capacity Management Skills, Budgeting and Conflict Management skills

. Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio

. Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Workfront and any Project Portfolio Management tool
