Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager - Technical Deployment to join our SpaceSight team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-tech vision solutions and physical retail environments. You will oversee the technical lifecycle of deploymentsfrom initial floor plan design and vendor coordination to final system calibrationensuring our overseas retail partners receive seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design & Planning: Design and optimize device placement (camera layouts) to ensure maximum coverage and data accuracy for our AI vision systems.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end implementation of video surveillance and traffic analytics projects. Track milestones, manage task queues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor Technical Enablement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for third-party service providers. Provide remote guidance, debugging support, and technical training.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the User Acceptance. Verify site photos, validate system configurations, and ensure all hardware/software meets project standards before sign-off.
- POC & Standardization: Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives by developing standardized Deployment SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to be used by global partners.
- Sustaining Engineering: Provide support for overseas projects, including remote troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and coordinating spare parts/RMA processes.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of CCTV architecture, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems, IP networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Operational Skills: Proficient in Windows/Linux environments and standard productivity suites (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a high degree of resilience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT infrastructure, security systems, or technical project coordination.
- A genuine interest in AI Vision, IoT, or Smart Retail technologies.
