Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of digital products-from planning and development to launch and iteration-ensuring features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate Agile Workflows: Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Monitor progress, manage timelines, and maintain sustainable development pace.
- User Research & Insights: Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to run user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions. Translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee system, user, and security testing cycles. Document issues, support debugging, and ensure fixes are implemented before release.
- Launch & Adoption: Plan user education, onboarding, and adoption initiatives. Support post-release issue triage and collaborate with engineering to resolve defects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams. Produce clear documentation including project plans, status reports, release notes, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or product delivery, preferably in digital or technology environments.
- Experience managing digital products from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong understanding of workflows, digital systems, and product testing practices.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools like Balsamiq.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and coordinate stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), CBAP/CCBA, PMIPBA, or equivalent.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with modern digital delivery practices.
