Job Overview

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet quality, delivery, and cost (QDC) objectives. The role involves comprehensive project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and organizational standards

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to achieve QDC goals, including planning, estimating, and tracking activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, driving resolution through collaboration with team
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams for project execution and stakeholder alignment
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Provide necessary documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and adapt to changing requirements
• Support RFI/RFQ activities, including work breakdown and schedule estimation
• Travel frequently for project kick-offs, discussions, and alignment meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in product development processes and quality assurance
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin as this role includes frequent interactions with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
