About the Role:
As a part of our business expansion plan, we are looking for a Project Manager based in Singapore / Malaysia, who will be responsible for planning and overseeing key regional projects (i.e. overseeing development & deployment of products / features as agreed with our F&B clients) across APAC markets to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Delivery based in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Responsible for full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple projects simultaneously
- Determine and define project scope, objectives , risks, and timelines
- Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members across engineering department, operations, and other stakeholders
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, with prior experience of at least 1-3 years in a Project Manager role doing software implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building, since the candidate will be managing strategic key F&B clients, spread across regionally.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, and the technical side of it.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Willing to travel within APAC region as and when required
Technical Specifications:
- Familiarity with tech architecture concepts (networking, cloud infrastructure, hardware specifications, APIs, integration) would be a huge advantage.
- Prior experience in usage of Enterprise Software tools
