Salary: $7,000 - $11,000 per month

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities while ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work programmes.
- Coordinate site preparation and ensure readiness prior to construction commencement.
- Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, quality, and budget targets are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Lead meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Address project issues promptly and facilitate resolution among stakeholders.
Site & Resource Management
- Plan and manage logistics for materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor project progress and ensure efficient resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site activities.
Operational Excellence
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across project operations.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Support overall project delivery objectives and organisational goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (recognised by relevant professional bodies such as PE Board or BCA).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing construction projects.
- Experience overseeing projects from commencement to completion.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning and organisational skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
